35千伏有載調壓變壓器

在35千伏有載調壓變壓器大修后,為槍查大修質量.進行預防性試驗,發現V相變比超標,為此對變壓器進行局部放(fang)電(dian)試驗。試驗過程(cheng)如下:對(dui)V相加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),這(zhe)時變(bian)(bian)頻柜輸出電(dian)流增加(jia),但輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)沒有(you)升(sheng)高(gao),當(dang)輸出電(dian)流升(sheng)至5A后.翰出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)開(kai)始升(sheng)高(gao),隨后電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)與電(dian)流成(cheng)線(xian)性增長,由于(yu)變(bian)(bian)頻電(dian)源(yuan)的容量限制,電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)只(zhi)能(neng)升(sheng)到額定加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)值的一(yi)半(ban),此過程(cheng)局部放(fang)電(dian)沒有(you)變(bian)(bian)化。對(dui)U,w相加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),電(dian)流、電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)變(bian)(bian)化情況類(lei)似,由于(yu)變(bian)(bian)頻電(dian)源(yuan)容量不能(neng)滿足,所以一(yi)次側電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)最高(gao)為110 kV,此時局部放(fang)電(dian)小于(yu)100 pC.

有載(zai)調壓(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)器雖(sui)存在(zai)一些不足,但(dan)只要我們(men)在(zai)電網規(gui)劃(hua)時進行全面的綜(zong)合考慮,在(zai)系統受到擾(rao)動時合理調度,就能揚(yang)長避短,發(fa)揮其(qi)積極作用。下面是筆者(zhe)對應用有載(zai)調壓(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)器的幾(ji)點建議:

   a) 對供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)變(bian)壓(ya)器,為(wei)提高用戶供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)質量,減低線損,宜采用有(you)(you)載(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)方式。由于(yu)有(you)(you)載(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)器無(wu)(wu)法改變(bian)系(xi)(xi)統的無(wu)(wu)功(gong)需求平衡狀態,為(wei)避免(mian)引(yin)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)崩潰,系(xi)(xi)統應有(you)(you)足夠(gou)的無(wu)(wu)功(gong)容量。對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)及無(wu)(wu)功(gong)功(gong)率規劃設計時(shi),應進行綜合考慮,提高網(wang)絡電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)強度。系(xi)(xi)統無(wu)(wu)功(gong)功(gong)率能分層分區就地平衡,優化配置(zhi)并(bing)保持足夠(gou)的事(shi)故(gu)備(bei)用容量,避免(mian)有(you)(you)載(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)器動作引(yin)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)崩潰,造(zao)成(cheng)大面積(ji)停(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。

   b) 系統出現大擾(rao)(rao)動(dong),引發電(dian)壓(ya)大幅度(du)下降時,調(diao)度(du)員應(ying)及時采取(qu)措施(shi),閉鎖(suo)有載(zai)調(diao)壓(ya),并(bing)切除部分負(fu)荷(he),消(xiao)除系統有功(gong)和無功(gong)缺額,或在(zai)系統中設置電(dian)壓(ya)降低自(zi)動(dong)減負(fu)荷(he)裝置,抵(di)消(xiao)變壓(ya)器控制(zhi)產(chan)生的負(fu)面影響,快速動(dong)作,限制(zhi)局部擾(rao)(rao)動(dong)發展(zhan)為全網(wang)(wang)或主網(wang)(wang)事故。

   c) 根據《電(dian)(dian)力系統技術導則》規定,除了在電(dian)(dian)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)可能有(you)較大(da)變化的220 kV及(ji)以上的降壓(ya)變壓(ya)器及(ji)聯(lian)絡(luo)變壓(ya)器(例(li)如接于(yu)出力變化大(da)的電(dian)(dian)廠或(huo)接于(yu)時(shi)(shi)而為(wei)(wei)送端(duan),時(shi)(shi)而為(wei)(wei)受(shou)端(duan)的母(mu)線等(deng))時(shi)(shi),可采(cai)用(yong)(yong)帶負荷調(diao)壓(ya)方式外,一般不宜采(cai)用(yong)(yong)帶負荷調(diao)壓(ya)方式。

   d) 對高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)大容量(liang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(包(bao)括升壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器和聯絡變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器),為提(ti)高(gao)本身的(de)(de)可靠性,防止諧振過電壓(ya)(ya),也(ye)應盡可能不用(yong)(yong)分(fen)接頭,必要時(shi)也(ye)僅(jin)用(yong)(yong)調節范圍不大的(de)(de)無載調壓(ya)(ya)方式,在變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器內采用(yong)(yong)氧化鋅(xin)避(bi)雷(lei)器作吸收過電壓(ya)(ya)保護。

   e) 對兩臺并聯運(yun)行的(de)(de)有載調壓變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi),容許在(zai)85%變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)額定(ding)負荷電(dian)流及以(yi)下的(de)(de)情(qing)況時進(jin)行分接頭變(bian)(bian)換(huan)(huan)(huan)操作,對85%以(yi)上的(de)(de)情(qing)況應閉鎖分接頭變(bian)(bian)換(huan)(huan)(huan)。另(ling)外(wai),必(bi)須(xu)設置(zhi)可靠的(de)(de)失步(bu)保護(hu),確保兩臺變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)同步(bu)切(qie)換(huan)(huan)(huan)。

   f) 嚴格執行(xing)“電力(li)系統電壓(ya)(ya)和無功電力(li)管理(li)條例”。對變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)分(fen)接頭,按照其電壓(ya)(ya)管理(li)范(fan)圍,分(fen)級(ji)管理(li)。各級(ji)電力(li)調度部門應根據負荷及潮流的(de)變(bian)(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua),準(zhun)確下達調整有載調壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)分(fen)接頭動作命令,以(yi)(yi)改善(shan)電壓(ya)(ya)質(zhi)量。在變(bian)(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)了的(de)分(fen)接頭電壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級(ji)下,自動進行(xing)無功補償(chang)的(de)投切,以(yi)(yi)達到系統電壓(ya)(ya)和無功功率的(de)全(quan)面優化(hua)(hua)管理(li)。
